We recently bought the halo collar. Although an investment, we are so incredibly happy with the collar. There’s a thorough training process and it has really helped contain our excited puppy. Unfortunately, we lost one of the contact tips that fit into the collar, but the halo customer service “dog park” was super helpful. I spoke with Antigonay this afternoon, and she sent me a replacement set of contact tips for free and it was so quick and easy to connect and fix the issue. I’d highly recommend Halo for their products and for their wonderful customer service.

Darrell was very easy to work with. He recognized the issue quickly and resolved my problems. Great customer service!!

All the reps I talked with, especially Noah were a huge help. They were knowledgeable, responsive and follow through with actions until my issue was resolved. The actions of the company exceeded my expectations!!!!!

Jacqueline did a great job walking me through the trouble I was having with my collar. The issue wasn't resolved but a replacement collar is on the way.

I contacted Halo through the Halo Dog Park (online video chat). I was promply greeted by Sabrina R. I explained the problem I had with the GPS "drifting". Sabrina told me exactly what I needed to do to make adjustments to the Halo software. Sabrina was very patient as she waited from me to get the required readings. Afterward, she emailed me helpful information in case I need to make further adjustments. If you are in the market for a wireless collar, Halo is a good product. Know, however, that you need to be a responsible dog owner and properly train your dog. If you have any hiccups, help is waiting at the dog park.

Sierra was very knowledgeable and helpful. She walked me through the troubleshooting steps very quickly, then stayed on the call with me until I completed the warranty claim. I dread calling for support, but when you get an answer to you issue this quickly, it makes the day much better.
