First off, this is a great product. It has really helped my dogs learn their boundaries in a safe and effective manner. Additionally, the flexibility to be able to take the collars anywhere and provide the same feedback for my dogs is excellent. After about 8 months of owning Halo collars, one of them needed service - and was still under warranty. I contacted Halo via their super easy live video chat and connected with Sierra. Her service was top notch and she was able to resolve my issue with a replacement collar. Kudos to her!

I spoke with Sierra this morning about a GPS issue with our dog’s collar. She carefully walked me through several options to try to resolve the issue. Once it was determined the issue could not be fixed, she quickly told me how to exchange my collar for a new one and apologized for the inconvenience. I appreciated the quick, thorough, and thoughtful service I received today!

I’ve had to call into their Support 3x, and each time the customer service was exceptional, and has helped and resolved my issue on the very first call. I am so very thankful for Halo Collar, giving my dog freedom and safety on our property and on the go. Today, Darrell R. Coached me through sharing my screen and addressing my low gps level. The results were instant. I am very happy my dog can once again roam freely and safely on our property.

We've been using two collars for about a year now, and they work well. We have two larger, active dogs and we spend a lot of time outdoors. Recently, one of the collars stopped charging. It was a Halo 2 with a USB-C port, but the Halo 3's have a magnetic charger, which is a wonderful update. I spoke with Sierra B. in the dog park, and she was very friendly and helpful. A new collar was on its way in just a few minutes. The dog park video meetings are a great way to handle support, and every time I've had to use it, I've had a good experience.

I love my collars. They do sometimes have issues, but when you do the team at the virtual dog park is phenomenal. Sierra B. was super sweet and extremely patient with my weird circumstances. Best decision I made for my pups.
