Jacqueline stepped me through the trouble shooting and then the warranty claim. I was very concerned about using a video chat but it went great.

Amazing customer service! I live on a ranch and Halo allows me to set a large area for my dog to roam, while keeping her on our property. I’ve had a Halo collar since 2021 and over time my large lab has managed to do some damage to the collar. Each time customer service has been very helpful, quickly replacing parts (and once replacing the entire collar)! I highly recommend Halo.

Halo dog park support team was very helpful. My dog got a hold of my collar when it was charging and chewed off one of the plastics parts you connect the strap to. I called halo dog park and told them what happened and they are sending me a new clip in the mail. Very helpful
