Customer Service with this company is OUTSTANDING!! One of our collars quit working after 3 years when the sound grill came off. They sent us out the newest version at no charge due to the defect of the grill coming off. (I didn't get the name of that representative that helped us, but he was fantastic!) The new collar has a magnetic charger and we are not set up for that and the leads are bigger. Called back and got help from Anissa. Again, FANTASTIC customer service. She set us up with a new charging set AND new leads at no charge. I can't say enough good about this company and their product!

I was surprised when I called for some support and got a live person in under 30 seconds. Anissa walked me through an issue we were having with our GPS setup. She was super helpful, caring and knowledgeable. What a nice feeling to know you can get help from a real person. This company is doing it right! :)

Despite having issues with the collars, the customer service is excellent. They make it easy to contact customer service and know you’re getting a live, caring person with dog park. Every encounter feels like I am talking to someone who truly cares for our pups and is committed to making sure they are happy and safe. My most recent call was with Darrell and he was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. We truly appreciate the core values of this company!

i think i have written this review no short of 5x because every interaction i have with halo and the dog park is top notch. the latest interaction i had with sabrina was most helpful. to be able to put a face to the name on the other end of the line through zoom in the dog park is superior to none. they always resolve my problem. any issues with my collar, they fix. if you are thinking about getting this collar, do it!! i did my research and so very glad i chose HALO!

A big thank you to Damien for sorting out our difficulties in returning an extra Halo dog collar (I accidentally ordered two). I had previously spent about 5 hours on the phone with customer support to NO avail. Damien was able to help us out quickly and efficiently. He was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with him. We have yet to actually use the collar so this review pertains to returning the extra one. I’m looking forward to getting the other one on the dog and working.
