We recently upgraded from the original Halo collar to Halo3, thanks to help from Nakai H. and Haley W. on the support team. While connecting the new collar to our account in the app I ran into a quick question so I reached out to the support group on the website. I was impressed with how quickly I was talking to someone and not just on the phone, but on a video call. Ricky W. was great figuring out my issue, walking me through a solution, and even explaining the cause. All around fantastic support from the whole team!

Both Hannah (Sunday) and Ricky (Monday) were fantastic in trying to get both of my collars to reboot and start charging as both would not charge beginning Saturday night and on Sunday.

I was intimidated at the level of training that I thought the collar required, but found the process smoother than anticipated and increased my dogs over all listening skills, not just boundary adherence. When our much loved collar stopped working, Halo support in the form of Ricky came through for me with great patience and persistence to get us back in action. I am awkward wit technology but recommend the system especially for large areas that your dog will love exploring while still safe.

Charlie’s Halo collar has been life changing in a wonderful way. We have a lake property with houses on either side of us. Both houses have dogs and Charlie was forever “visiting” the neighbor dogs and driving the neighbors crazy. With Halo he stays in our yard and can run free. No more tying him up and having him wrapping around furniture and getting stuck under the house necessitating a child to crawl underneath the house to untangle him. We are in heaven and can breathe easier to thanks to Halo!!

Ricky advised me of several things that could be causing problem. He told me what could be my problem. I did exactly what he told me to do and it corrected the location problem. He was very courteous.

We were having some problems training our dog so I contacted customer service through the dog park. Ricky W was great on the zoom call. He took the time to walk me through all the issues we were having and I feel more confident now going forward.
