Sierra was quick and to the point.

Timely contact when I needed it. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Despite us seemingly running into a few issues, Sierra was determined to get my issue resolved and followed through.

Good service

I was an early adopter of the Halo collars and have had the Halo 1 since just after beta testing was complete (about 4 years). The product has been everything that was promised and I'd love to say their customer service is amazing, as it has been every time I've needed it, but truthfully, the collar and app have been so intuitive and reliable that I haven't needed to reach out more that 2 or 3 times in the 4 years we've had it. Having said that, I received a notification on the app last night that the there was an issue with the collar, so I reached out to customer service today. Not only were they able to tell me the exact issue (lithium battery had aged out), they were sending me a new, current model Halo 3 replacement collar within the week, at no charge! And that my current collar would work until the replacement arrived so my dog would be protected in the meantime. They did not wait until my battery was dead and my dog was left unprotected, they sensed a possible issue and did not hesitate to replace it amd even upgrade us with no cost. I'm thoroughly overwhelmed with how much they care about our pets and how it has truly never felt like it was about the money for this company. I'm excited to receive the newest model and continue to have the peace of mind that my best friend is safe and happy no matter where we are.

My experience with the dog park today was great. The agent seems to have fixed the issue although time will tell.
