I cannot say enough great things about the halo collar, and how it works with our dog! It has cured our chronic car chaser. She is now safe and we feel comfortable letting her out to exercise on our property. It is nice to be able to change the boundaries as needs arise. if you follow the training steps carefully, you will achieve success with your pet. I was skeptical at first, but kept on with the training and one day it was obvious that she had been listening, and it worked! We could not be happier!!!

No hassle, with great customer service. My Halo collar stopped working. Since it was after hours on a weekend , I tried to use the AI chat, but the troubleshooting suggested was not helpful in getting my collar up and running. The next morning, via video chat, Aaron was extremely helpful. It didn’t get my collar working, but they sent a replacement by the end of the week, which I am in the process of charging and will get functional shortly. I loved that this was really no hassle and easy to get replaced. Especially since it is quite expensive. I’m hoping g this collar does not have the same problems, since when it functioning correctly, it really does what it is supposed to do and keeps our dog on our property. The other brand we used definitely did not work as well.

They provided fast response to help diagnose the issue and send a replacement collar under warranty.
