Always seeking more way to have you spend money with them, this one not customer centric at all
We are moving along well with beginning training and our Bernese Mountain dog, 2 years old, is responding well. The emergency level has a little inconsistency due to the thick blaze they have3, but we keep trying. We live on a mountain with lots of trees, but so far connection is "ok". The biggest thing is their motivation to have you spend money. You want better learning, join gold team, etc. Then we lost our indoor TRAINING beacon, and they use to sell them to replace. Around $20. But now they introduce the Zone Beacon for $40 and won't even sell, much less provide a replacement so our training can continue. They still provide the TRAINING beacon, so they still manf, but only get when buy the full new-collar packaging. Again, a little white space on the efforts of their customer centricity, especially since we pay for a monthly service and didn't buy the products that you buy and install and done. Jim
