Love the zoom option and the ability to speak to a person. Samantha was knowledgeable and helpful.

Even though I submitted the info for collar replacement online, I had to STILL go to Halo and go to Dog Park for support. My contact person, Symantha provided best customer service anyone could ask for. We reviewed the issue, she went back over all items, verified all shipping info and Symantha did it, with a smile. On the Collar Replacement steps, there needs to be a selection box for Other, so that proper detail of collar warranty issue can be described. Pin cover on the collar would be one starting point.

Samantha was great and is doing a good job trying to get my issue resolved.

Samantha was friendly and professional. She answered my questions and resolved the issue of receiving a replacement collar because a current collar had a sensor failure.

Samantha handled the video call with skill and got me sorted away very quickly and professionally. I was very impressed with Halo’s video support operation on a Sunday no less. I was pleasantly surprised that I received a proactive notification the collar was malfunctioning and that Halo included a link to replace it immediately. Remember thinking at the time “wow…that is customer service at its best”
