We understand your frustration with the beacon training not working as expected. The recognition and timing issues you described are not the experience we aim to provide. Please know that we are continuously working to improve our product. We recommend trying out the manual feedback feature for indoor training for more control over when the feedback is applied. We are genuinely sorry to hear about the difficulties you've faced with the fence functionality. It's not the level of reliability we strive for. We are actively working on map updates, which will be provided periodically through Mapbox. These updates should improve the accuracy of the boundary enforcement. We understand that your dog's safety is paramount, and we're committed to resolving this issue for you. Regarding the unwanted feedback, we recommend setting a beacon to "ignore fences mode" and placing it inside. This should prevent any unwanted feedback and ensure a smoother training experience. High volumes due to the excitement surrounding Halo 3 have led to delays in response times, and this is not the level of service we aim to provide.
