Excellent customer support. I was hesitant to have a video call, but it was refreshing to see a real person was there to help me. Monica was very helpful with my problem- we received a message that a problem had been found with our Halo collar and that we needed to verify our address in order to be sent a replacement. The link was not working for us, but Monica was able to clarify that some links were glitching and immediately sent me a link that worked. I was amazed at how quickly I got through to a person and also how quickly Monica resolved my issue- well done to Monica & Halo for great customer service!

Monica was great but you need to CHANGE the new process for address verification. It will NOT WORK with Duckduckgo....You should not have to change your settings to Chrome to replace a collar. Totally unacceptable in this day and age.
