Halo advertises a 60 day satisfaction guarantee. My collar was returned 4/1/24 and I am still waiting for a refund. They approved the return via email 4/5/24, I am told it is still "processing". I purchased it using Affirm, and they keep referring me back to them however the link they use clearly states once the merchant (HALO) processed the return I will receive the refund. No person to speak to, email only. Never again. The collars are very bulky and uncomfortable.

My wife and I had high hopes for Halo! But, out of the box it had issues. We bought two units for our two dogs. The first issue we experienced was a training beacon that would not sync with our phones, collars. The second one synced almost immediately. But then, while doing the training, the collars took 10-15 seconds to respond to the beacon. In other words, not effective for training. I tried to use the AI customer service, but that was useless. I submitted a trouble ticket, but nobody replied. I went to the “Dog Park” to schedule a time to talk to a human, but the soonest I could schedule an appointment was June 20th. Today is June 04. Sorry, my dogs could be hit by a car because they ran away before I get these collars, that I paid $600 each for, to work right. Unacceptable. I am returning to Amazon and getting my money back. Really sorry I trusted this company with my dogs lives. I don’t just regret the fact that these did not work. I regret that I lost hours and hours of my life on halos training and trying to make it work.

A $3 whistle from Dollar General is more effective. This collar is useless. Don't waste your time or money on this junk.

I’ve tried to love halo collar but I just can’t. I can’t even tell you the amount of times by dog has been shocked because the dumb gps on the collar thinks he’s outside the boundaries. I’ve called so many times about this issue with no resolve. Such a waste of $700 that I can’t get back.

Horrible customer service. They never follow up. Collars malfunction. Charging mechanism is prone to get dirty and not work,

I purchase this product for my dog directly from Halo but can not leave a review on there website, they only want positive reviews. The collar is large and bulky, the large prongs dug into my dogs neck the short prongs didn't go through her fur. Learning to use it is like watching boring training videos for work. I realized that this was not going to work for us and returned it. My dog had it on for about 5 mins before I decided to send it back. When I sent it back they decided to keep $50 for shipping and handling plus tax. When I called their number is impossible to find the agent was busy managing her household rather than attending to her job. I was told this nonsense about them keeping a $25 fee plus tax that total to $50. When I asked for the manager I was told there was no way to tranfer and they would call me back. I am sure these millionaires need my $50.

Worst experience ever. Tried to order direct from Halo. Huge mistake. They did not process the payment for several days. The pending charge dropped off of my account so I called to cancel the order. I was told the request would be sent to the orders team. At some point there was an email sent saying there was suspicion of fraud so the order was on hold. Once that was cleared up things could move forward. Several days later my account was charged over $1000 for the order I tried to cancel. So of course I call back and I'm told there's nothing they can do I have to wait for the product to arrive at least another week from now and then return it and wait for them to get it back so I can get a refund on an order a tried to cancel that they suspected of fraud in the first place. The product works but buy it from anybody but Halo.

This collar did not preform well at all. The company sent a replacement and it did not work correctly either. I was on phone every evening because the collar would not track correctly, battery issues, GPS levels were inaccurate, constantly having to do hard resets on the collar. My 5 month old pup even was shocked multiple times when inside the house and when outside well within his boundary. He was constantly getting incorrect signals from the collar or the responses were delayed. I have had better results with PetSafe ($300) wireless radius signal for my pup. He learned and responded within a few days and does not get shocked unless he has crossed his boundary fence. Don't waste your time or money.
