Well, the bottom line is what defines my experience. I have a happy dog. He enjoys being outdoors alone. He has never left our yard and had to be retrieved for almost two years now. So I am very satisfied with the most essential part of the collars performance. However, battery life could be improved upon. A 16 hour minimum would give me all that I would ever need. I do have an older collar, you may have already improved this. I have run into the occasional false signal that sends him a warning but it is extremely rare and may have been fixed with one of those updates because I can no longer recall when the last one happened. I have long since disabled the static shock feature because the other two have never failed to produce positive results. Regards to service, I once received a notice that my wifi radio had stopped working. I was advised and instructed on how to go about returning the collar for a free replacement. So, on the one time when I needed it, they were so proactive that they knew about it before I did.

I have had to call the support a couple of times. Once because my collar shut off and I couldn't get it to turn back on. lol. and once because my first collar did quit working after a few months. The support teams are amazing. Friendly and extremely supportive, sooo nice. They replaced my collar no questions asked. My 1 year old Golden Mountain Doodle loves the water. I work on the Lake Michigan shore line where it is pure beach sand. He goes in the water, then comes out and rolls in the sand several time on our walks. Every time I look at the collar as I am rinsing the sand out of it, I am amazed it is still working. I followed the tutorials and trained my dog fairly quickly. It works very well. I do landscape maintenance and take my dog with me. I can set up a fence in minutes wherever I am and trust that he will stay in it. When I want to check on him I just get my phone out to see right where he is. I love it and recommended it to my daughter and they just ordered 2. All that being said, they really need to figure out how1 to extend the battery. It only lasts for 24 hours and I constantly forget to plug mine in at night.

Initially we had a terrible time with calibration, false alerts, lack of feedback when applicable and basic confidence in your product. I must have contacted CS via dogpark constantly. But now it's like a different product. It's working as I hoped-for. Stella stays within her boundaries, allowing us to leave her outside when we have errands. I now feel confident in recommending this product. It meets my expectations. I hope that you listened to my complaints and the updates made this product an exceptional purchase for anyone needing pet boundary security.

This is a great product, works very well, we love the ability to make more maps in other locations. We have 2 English Setters and they have not run off since we started using the Halo system. Purchasing was easy -- expensive, but easy. Set up was a little time consuming, but the education process is important.

I had issues with my dog's collar which the team did everything they could to get it fixed, when they realized there was a problem with the collar they immediately shipped a new collar. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the customer is their highest priority.

This product it relabel and let’s our dog be able to go with us on family visits by quickly being able to set new boundaries and let him interact freely while having confidence that he will not stray to neighbor’s property.

We love the collar, our dog now has complete freedom in our 6 acre property and we know if he does for some reason wonder off, we can find him Thank you!

I was hesitant about buying a collar for my young pit bull cross, the training was simple and concise. We managed it easily. She seems quite comfortable wearing the collar, and the ability to bring her to friends yards and quickly set a fence is amazing! I do wish I didn’t have to charge unit each night, and we have had a few instances where she got a correction while safely inside a zone. I also would like to be able to purchase more covers for the unit, or at least send 2 per collar, since they tend to get a bit dirty. I have had the collar about 4 months and would certainly recommend to friends. My pup started training at about 7 months, amazingly in less than 21 days she knew exactly what to do. I live in an area that could never use a wire fence, and this allowed her access to wooded areas in the yard.
