Often, such delays can be influenced by the strength of the LTE or Wi-Fi signal in your area, as these signals play a crucial role in the communication between the collar and your phone app. To potentially improve this, we recommend a quick reset of the collar. Here's how you can do it: 1. Plug in the collar. 2. Press and hold the power button for 7 seconds. 3. After releasing the power button, wait for 3 seconds. 4. Then press the power button again for 1-2 seconds. This reset process may help enhance the collar's connectivity and reduce notification delays.
