Halo has some of the best customer service of any company I've delt with. They always solve my problem in a timely manner and they stand behind their products. I have two of their collars and have had some things break on them. However, I have two rambunctious Pit Bulls and put the durability of their collars to the test. Halo has always replaced the collars or parts, no questions asked. And they ship them quickly as well.

Jacquelin was very knowledgeable and personable. She resolved all of my tech issues.

Of the three times i've contacted Halo Collar support, each time they have totally knocked it out of the park. They answered every question i had, they were patient and kind. The video option is so very welcome in a day where there's less and less face to face contact.. Thank you for the amazing support of this product.
