Thanks for your help to get the collar strap.

I have been frustrated that both my Halo collars stopped working yet I was also dreading calling the company to address... Boy was I wrong! I wish I would have done it weeks ago. I got an agent by the name of RC and he fixed my issues with both collars in no time! I had been looking at other brands because of the problems and frustration but no more... Halo just proved why they are the best! Sorry I did not call sooner. Thank you very much!!

Aaron was a great listener and so polite and he was able to help me efficiently fix the issue with inaccurate location and feedback that the collar was giving . I am thoroughly pleased with Halo customer service and this issue that I had today was the first hiccough I have had with the Halo 2+ collar

The Halo tech staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have helped us work through issues multiple times!

RC was patient and knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my replacement collar not powering up. He walked me through a soft reboot and then helped verify that it would connect to my app.

Moe answered my questions right away, made it easy to make my decisions.

Just had a Dog Park session with Sean. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I'm not sure if my issue is fixed yet, but my customer service experience was excellent
