Love the Zoom format for customer service!!

Aaron was knowledgeable, easy to work with, gave clear instructions, and super nice.

The representative I worked with at Halo Sean was very helpful with assisting me. He talked me through resetting the collar. When that didn’t work, he helped me with setting up a warranty return/replacement. It was very hassle free for me.

My two 25-pound schnoodles are escape artists extraordinaire, turning our rural property into their own personal zoom zone. Enter the Halo Collar 3 - a GPS guardian angel! Unlike other shock collars, Halo uses gentle nudges to keep them safely frolicking within the boundaries I set. Plus, I can track their every playful prance in real-time, giving me peace of mind and them the freedom to explore. It's like having a magic leash, but way cooler! If you have adventurous pups and a big backyard, this collar is a lifesaver! 5/5 stars all the way!
