The Halo Collar works excellent out here on our ranch. I already had a Halo 3 and recently purchased a used Halo 2+ for our other dog. When I powered up the 2+ for the first time it would not connect to wifi or the cell networks and would not update and function. I contacted customer support and within 30 seconds I was on a video call with Devon T. He said that since the collar had not been turned on in a long time that it needed to be updated manually before it could return to automatic updates. He quickly showed me how to download the necessary .tar file and then connect the usb cord on the collar to my computer and have it update the flash. Worked like a charm!! Its like a brand new collar now! Thanks for the excellent customer service Devon T. !!

Had a great experience with Sean R. of the Halo Dog Park team. He did an excellent job of handling an issue I was having with one of my two collars. Halo is a great company with fantastic customer support. We just got a third dog and I will be ordering collar number three soon!

Customer support with the Halo collar is truly top notch. I love how available it is and that the support comes in the form of a zoom session rather than chat or phone. Being able to see the agent makes a world of difference. Additionally, the eagerness this company shows to resolve any issues I might have with fence drift, training issues or anything else has been the best of any product I have ever used.
