I was unable to either get a return or refund. I understood there was a policy, but the terms of this policy are not feasible in most situations dealing with health care items. As a 30 year physical therapist, I would not recommend this company

I love the products and the customer service is excellent

They sold me an item that was smaller than advertised, accepted a return, then gave me less than I paid for. About 60% less. So they're frauds, pure and simple. And they know it, which is why they include tiny lettering in the sales agreement that gives them the excuse to do whatever they want.

I was waking up with a stiff, sore neck almost every morning. I tried different pillows, flipped the mattress, stretching, but nothing really helped. The Halifax device made a positive difference! I used it daily for a week and eventually tapered off to once per week. I feel close to normal again!

The products are awesome! It works very well! they helped to eased my neck aches and reduces my headache. That’s the reason I bought a neck brace after. Thank you so much 🙏

Every time I reached out, I got a response. The delivery took a long time. I just received it yesterday and I am using it now. I absolutely love this, the heat and massage are wonderful! I hope this last a long time! I've had a bad back for years. I plan on purchasing another one when there's a discount.
