Extremely difficult to return, poorly made, do not buy
The product for neck and should pain was cheaply made and I couldn’t try it fully because of the draconian return policy. Customer service was awful and when we did finally figure out how to return it we got docked $100 for this poorly made product that we were not able to fully try because of your horrible return policy. Frankly, it felt like a rip off. The little we were able to try it was scary and made my neck worse. We were repeatedly discouraged via chat from trying to return, but we returned anyway without knowing whether or not we would get anything back. We lost more than the $100 because of the high return shipping. The whole experience was really awful and it feels like the company is committing scams. I don’t see any negative reviews on the website and I know without a doubt that there are others like me who had horrible experiences. This is not an ethical company.
