Fantastic customer service!
I had a wonderful experience with the folks at Hale. I ordered a very specific ramp for our dogs to go along with our dog door. I spoke with two different people at Hale who were both equaling patient and helpful. I would not hesitate to order products through in the future.

Overall great product
Pros: Great product with fast shipping. Con: Drip edge was .5" too long.

Great product, great customer service
I originally ordered the wrong size, and Hale Pet Door made the exchange easy. We've now had our door installed for about a week, and our two dogs love the freedom of going in and out. The construction of the door is solid without any hint of flimsiness. I highly recommend!

large dog door installed
Great product.highly recommened.do not go for anything of lesser quality.installed the large dog door myself.worth the money.

This is the best investment we ever made for our pet. It was simple to install and of excellent quality. Our dog fully enjoys the freedom of entering and exiting at will!

the best pet door company
I only needed to replace the flaps on my 6 year old Hale dog door. I could not find the flaps online right away. I called Hale and spoke to an extremely helpful lady named Jan. she emailed me the info I needed right away. she said if I had any problems installing the flaps I could call her back and we would set up someone to come out and install them. the flaps arrived quickly. it took me some time, but I finally got the flaps into the door. the 2nd flap was the most difficult. if I can do it, a 70 year old lady, you can do it yourself too! thank you Jan and Hale!!
