I ordered my dog door a year ago, It promptly arrived and recently I notice my dogs had somehow lost a couple of magnets. Upon contacting customer service they promptly sent me replacement magnets at no charge. I would definitely recommend Hale Pet Door to others.

We recently purchased & installed new interior & exterior flaps to our Hale Pet Door. We originally installed the pet door over 12 yrs ago, when our dogs were new pups. Twelve years later, we needed new flaps - that's good quality to have lasted that long. Installation was successful; we highly recommend watching the provided videos instructing proper installation. And be sure to clean the flaps only as instructed. Excellent quality product.

The pet door I ordered was high quality. It arrived in perfect condition and had good packaging. The instructions for installation were easy to follow. The company let me know when it was being shipped. They even made a donation to the rescue organization from which I adopted my dog. They are a top notch company.

Our door arrived super fast and is really nice quality, better than those doors you get at Home Depot or Petco that's for sure. I would recommend this product to anyone needing a beautiful door for their fur baby.

I think that the Hale Pet door is as advertised. Some suggestions. In the directions you should make it very clear which particular door is exterior and which door is interior. I also think that you should re examine the directions for installing the rug after the doors are screwed in place. It is not realistic to put glue on the rug and then somehow open up the flap and slide the glue covered rug into place without smearing glue all over the plastic flap doors. I found this to be true with the small wall door and think that it would have been much easier to glue the rug in place first before screwing on the doors but the screws you provide would not be long enough and it might be hard to find the pilot holes. Anyway it is near impossible to put the rug in with glue on the small wall set up without getting a lot of glue on the window flaps which then takes a great deal of effort to clean off.
