Hale Pet DoorReviews of halepetdoor.com

We love our Hale door, We have the ex large or Giant, My husband & I live in Oakdale, Pennsylvania. We have had a Hale thru the Wall Hale door since 2/2004. My husband followed the install directions and our two large black Labradors Cleo & Pippin, have used it ever since as well as our house cats Baby cat & Stanley who is adopted whom is 3 legged. We just replaced the door flaps this January 2016 because of wear and getting air leakage. 12 years since original install, It has been well worth the investment.! We hope this product stays around lots longer. We are going to introduce a new puppy this spring. So we hope to get another 12 years. Thanks; Hale Door Company & Personnel for a A+ product. The Hormel Family

This company rates top in customer satisfaction and outstanding products! I have been purchasing doggie doors from thus company for at least 20 years! The initial framing of these doors have never had to be replaced, but the flaps and magnets have. But only after many, many years. I replaced my last set after 8 years. But it depends on how much use they get( we had 5 dogs using it ) and the type of weather it exposed to. ( We live on the East coast) Both of these replacement parts are easy to install. I have owned 4 houses over the past 20 years in which these doors were installed. I have had them installed into walls as well as glass French doors.

Everything has been perfect

I ordered a pet door replacement flap and it was delivered in a matter of days. Your instructions were very clear and easy to install. Overall I am very happy with Hale Pet Door. Will order again Thank you

I got an extra tall large door for my adopted greyhound. The door is perfect for him, and I really appreciate that Hale donated some money to Grrey Save for purchasing the door from them.

Quality built and large variety of sizes. Fast shipping and first class customer service!

Our door gets a lot of use (we usually have 3 larger dogs and some fosters). We are on our 2nd door in 20 years, and have replaced many flaps. We live in Phoenix and the sun hits right on the door. We switched our original door for the double flap more energy efficient door. Of course the first dog to use the new door was one of our bassets who laid on the floor of the door with his head outside and hind end inside! We just got a really quick and free delivery of a magnet and are so pleased with the continued care from Hale Pet Doors.

We purchased a through the wall unit. Installation was as simple and straight forward as described on your website. Unit is easy on the eyes. Looks great. Two out of our three dogs were using their new door in the first day. Still working on #3. Thanks to Hale for supporting Rocky Mtn. Puppy Rescue with a donation on our behalf for rescuing our pets. To all give Hale a look if your considering a pet door!
