Hale Pet DoorReviews of halepetdoor.com

Best dog door ever. Love the quality and double insulation flaps. Security door and latch is good quality also. Thanks

I just installed the training flaps in my pet door for my stubborn Pekingese, it only took 15 minutes and he was using the door he would never even try before. Yay!! I'm very pleased.

We were very satisfied with the replacement door flaps that I ordered. The only problem was that the flaps were not labeled, and apparently needed to go one on the outside and one on the inside. My husband finally noticed where the magnets needed to match up, but a label on the flaps would have saved him some time.

See long title as screws will not come out to replace outer flaoband was sent clear versus colored . tried electric screwdriver to no avail. Request local installer complete

Excellent experience! I've had several Hale doors and all have worked great. I used the website for a replacement part on a non-Hale door and unfortunately the part didn't fit. The measurements I had were correct and I matched to the part I wanted. Unfortunately the slider I ordered was larger than needed. In short, I would call to make sure what you measure and see in the site match up. I called and Hale made a custom slider and it fit perfect.

I ordered 2 doors from Hale. From the online ordering, to my questions on the phone when I called, and all the way through the end when I had to call back with questions, these guys were professional, friendly, and responsive. I wish all companies were as good to work with as Hale. And honestly I am hard to please. The doors have been perfect and you can tell they are FAR FAR above the doors I had been used to (formerly purchased whatever was available at a local Pet Supply chain). There quality is worth paying a bit more. And I sincerely love and appreciate their Shelter Adoption donation program. Dog rescue is so near and dear to my heart and they made it easy to 1). get something I needed while at the same time 2) making a donation to our location Human Society. They don't have to do that but you can tell they do it for the same beliefs as I have. Thank you very much for 100% pleasant experience. I will never buy another pet door from anyone else.

Great product, great service

I am very please with the product and delivery time, this doggy door was purchased for one of our high end clients, and was honestly hoping that this pet door would not be disappointing, turns out its great quality sturdy and pet friendly. I would definitely recomment this vendor to anyone looking to purchase a doggy door.
