Several years ago, I purchased one of their pet doors. It has held up well through bad weather and constant use by my rambunctious dogs. Eventually, two magnets fell out, and our K9/goat quickly disposed of them. When I contacted Hale Pet Door about replacement magnets, they shipped me a pair, at no cost to me. We had to replace one flap on the pet door. It came quickly and installed without difficulty. Hopefully should last for years now. It cost over $70.00 including shipping so wasn't inexpensive.

Well made. Installation takes time and some expertice. Cutting the metal frame is tough. Dogs learn quickly when you use treats.

no run around. no BS. a few of the magnets for my pet door came out and got lost. not only did customer service send replacements which i got 2 days later, they provided a doc showing how to keep them from disappearing again. the phone number i found on the web wasn't working but email did the trick.

We've had the doggie door for almost ten years now. It is an essential element in our household. Solidly built, the flaps now need replacing after all this time. I recommend to anyone who wants a doggie door that is reliable and well built.

I ordered a custom made ramp for a large sized dog-door. Three pugs use this door and a ramp was necessary due to the height difference to the ground on the exterior. The ramp had a lot of specifications and Hale got them all right. They promptly sent me a ramp that looks fantastic and helps the eldest of my dogs climb a gradual incline to get in and out of the house. Thank you, Hale!
