I ordered the Large door and received it 4 days later. This is the second Hale door I have installed in my home...and installation was straightforward though to do a correct install care has to be used. Instructions contained with the door are good and if followed installation is something anyone with some skill with tools and basic construction techniques is able to easily do. Otherwise, if lacking these skills, professional installation is needed. Great product.

Had the person from whom we buy our screens install the door and it was difficult for him. Ultimately, he could not get the screen totally flat around the door and it puckers somewhat. Adequate size for my tall Vizslas without taking to much space from the overall door.

Customer service was top notch and all our questions answered very professionally. Our door arrived in 2 days. Best purchase we have made and Hannah now loves the freedom the door provides. Would highly recommend a Hale Pet Door.

We ordered a replacement flap for a door that was installed six years ago. I was surprised and pleased that the new flap arrived with new weather strip, magnets, even a correctly sized drill bit. As a contractor with 30yrs experience, we rarely encounter this level of concern and quality when ordering replacement parts. Very impressive.

We've had our pet door (single panel for sliding glass doors) for about 20 years. We saw 2 dogs through their natural lives and now have 2 more. The door sees a LOT of use. This is the second time now I have replaced the door flap (NO complaints on how long it lasts - believe me, a LOT of use and one guy likes to stand half-in, half-out, so it wears on the flap). The frame has withstood it's 20 years so far, with 2 replacement flaps. The replacement went smoothly, esp after watching your video, and all necessary parts were provided. Hard to find customer service and pride in product like that any more.

This is my second Hale Pet Door. They make a quality product and have great certified installers. The best part is their proactive customer service department to make sure that you have everything you need.

Installed replacement flaps. Took just under an hour. Fit perfectly & it was weird being able to see through the new flaps as they were clear & hadn't "yellowed" yet.

The company is outstanding. And the products are equally great, though there are some improvements I have suggested. For the price, these things should be *perfect* and there is still room for improvement.
