What an horrible product and even worst customer service . For starters my hair is virgin no chemicals really healthy and long . I’m always trying new stuff to make my hair shinny or healthier so I order two packages of the keratin and she shampoo . I used it as directed and it burn my scalp and my hair I had to cut few inches . I send an email to rerun the product and after 4 days they answered me with the excuse that they do not accept returns if is because I didn’t like my results that I should used as directed ( I did ) they were so rude and condescending . Stay away from this product it is not natural as they said the odor tells you otherwise . Don’t spend your money on this .

Terrible company, avoid at all costs (also see Better Business Bureau complaints). Here's what's happened so far to me: August 13, 2023 -- I place my order and get an email confirmation that it went through. August 19, 2023 -- I realize that I have received absolutely zero updates about the status of my order, no tracking number, etc. And then I also come across these TrustPilot and Better Business Bureau complaints, so I immediately e-mail the support e-mail for Mayraki requesting cancellation and full refund. I get an auto response confirming they received the e-mail. August 20, 2023 -- I receive an email from the co. saying "your order is about to ship" -- with a USPS tracking number. When I click tracking it says "pre-shipment, USPS awaiting package." I immediately send back another e-mail to Mayraki pointing out that I had already requested cancellation and refund on August 19th. I get another auto-response, and they totally ignore both the original e-mail requesting the cancellation and the follow-up. August 21, 2023 -- I get an official document from USPS that confirms that, as of August 21st (two full days AFTER I e-mailed to request a cancellation and refund), the package is still in "pre-shipment" and says "USPS awaiting package." So it's clearly NOT too late for them to just cancel the whole order and refund my money. August 22, 2023 -- I finally receive an email back from Mayraki in response to my original e-mail requesting cancellation, and it says "We are sorry for the delay and inconvenience. We have checked with our warehouse team, and we have found that your order has already been shipped. However, we would like to offer you the option to return the product for a refund once it is delivered to you. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization and process the refund as soon as we receive the product back." This is totally unacceptable and absurd. My order # is 10114253 and have escalated the matter with PayPal. P.S.: I've seen other customers complain about similar issues. There was at least one complaint where tracking indicated that the package was delivered, but it never was, and so Mayraki was refusing to refund her. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! BUYER BEWARE.

They have a really really bad customer service. I keep asking where my product are but I couldn’t get an answer. “They emailed me saying let me get you the tracking number I will be right back” and I still did not get my tracking number. I ask a couple of questions, but no answer! I wonder if all of those 5 stars reviews are false now!

Tried Keratine. My hair is hard like straw. There’s a lot of breakage. Lost so much of my precious hair as the comb does not pass through my hair through all that dry product. My hair is like hard coir rope! I can’t get them over the phone, email, FN messages anything! Looks like a big scam to me. I hope I haven’t permanently damaged my hair 🥵

A very measured approach and an excellent presentation by both David and Simon. Two very well mannered individuals who carried out the presentation in a very professional manner.

Since it is one of the ingredients in their product, I do not advise it to anyone who is allergic to pollen. After using the product for ten days, I suddenly developed a scorched forehead, an itchy red scalp, and my hair began to come out. I attempted to speak with the administrator, but all they said was "Sorry." Therefore, be warned that this can harm your skin and scalp. Careful. I was able to finally have a hair transplant thanks to my investment in the plutonium company.

Extremely hard to return. By the time I found out that this product was making my hair fall out (likely due to the ingredient DMDM Hydantoin which is not FDA approved), it was too late. This is expensive and you don't know it's bad until it's too late.

Still no email reply from carjet
