SCAM! Product has not been delivered after a month. No real answers from customer support. Tracking ID shows a postponed planned delivery date every time, now no in another month. Update 250912: I have shared my order ID with Mayraki several times, but I just get automatic replies with no real information. Update 250921: HairMayraki has still not made any attempts to resolve the fraud of not sending me any products at all after paying them for the product. Update 251014: After almost 2 months, products arrived BUT DAMAGED. Delivered from China not Netherlands like stated by Mayraki. Hence I had to pay additional quite HIGH CUSTOMS FEES. FRIENDS: DO NOT ORDER FROM MAYRAKI!

Extremely bad service and have not refunded me yet after weeks ! I ordered a set of 2 anti-grey products last May 21st, paying for a quicker delivery to Europe (+USD9.85) as I wanted to make sure the parcel would get to me before my departure on vacation on June 14th (one month later). They sent me a tracking number, and said it would typically take 2 weeks for the parcel to be delivered to me. The tracking information was not working, saying for weeks that the items has arrived in the warehouse, like if it was stucked there. After many emails exchanged, the parcel arrived more than SIX WEEKS after the order ! I requested a refund from mid-June... They told me that they were awaiting for the parcel to be sent back, and that they will be issuing a refund. I had to wait ONE MORE MONTH for them to confirm the refund to the original cc. However, the refund was NEVER MADE. I asked them to send me a proof of refund, but since mid-August, there were unable to do so. Every week, they promise they'll send it, but nothing. It seems like a joke, but I already exchanged MORE THAN 30 emails with them since the ordering date. In short : it took 6 weeks for the delivery to be made (instead of the 2-week delay promised) and once the items returned to them, MARYAKI HAS STILL NOT REFUNDED ME YET after 2 MONTHS ! I had never encountered such a bad experience for an online purchase ! I can read here that many customers are in the same case as me !

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM WITH FAKE REVIEWS CELEBRATING HOW WONDERFUL THEY ARE. I PLACED AN ORDER LAST MONTH AND HAVENT RECEIVED MY ORDER.I EMAILED THEM AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED TO ME. DO NOT ORDER FORM THEM THEY ARE ALSO NOT ACCREDITED BY THE BBB .

Order no. 10175407 placed on 8/26/25, I inquired with customer service on an approximate delivery date. They continue to state that they are having issues with “fulfillment”. Which after discovering this site, it appears to be a common issue. Mayraki should inform customers of this issue before the customers place their orders. So far I haven’t received any information, and I now see that I was scammed. DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY.

I tried the grey hair permanent hair dye shampoo. It did not work at all. Didn’t touch the grey. It also took 3 weeks to receive the product. I feel like it was a total waste of my time and money. I can only get a store credit after I pay to return the product. Why would I want to purchase any product from this company after their product does not work as advertised! Worst shipping experience EVER! Ok, so I will write another review when (or if) the product actually arrives, but I ordered from their website a month ago and still nothing. They have replied to my emails with kind of generic, "we are sorry it's coming, we have shipping issues" replies, but the tracking info they have sent doesn't really help, and a month down the line and I am honestly still not sure where my order is and if in fact it has actually been shipped yet. If you are in any sort of hurry to get a product for your hair, try a different company. Also, if someone from Mayraki reads this. Please remove all that "spin to win" stuff from your website. Gambling or games of chance just don't give a professional feeling at all, and when I engage i a beauty product website, I don't want to have to fight with irritating pop ups every time, especially when I am trying to just get some feedback on my order. UPDATED 2025 08 26 ORDER NUMBER 10173447 You have replied to this negative review and have also replied to my emails, however all the replies are generic polite and useless. I STILL don't have the order a month later and the tracking info sent doesn't tell me anything other than the fact that someone somewhere is waiting for the package... no timing.. on ETA... Really REALLY not impressive

I was under the impression this was a US company and thus it would ship from the US. I ordered to the UK and the shipment was sent from China. On the website it states non-US orders would be sent from the Netherlands. I am firmly against ordering anything from China due to the long delivery times and high carbon footprint. Also, it being sent from China makes me think it is possibly a low quality product and possibly tested on animals as is required by law for cosmetics sold in China. The website does not state it is being shipped from China (at least not clearly), it says Netherlands, and it does say it is cruelty-free, so then they ship from China but doesn’t sell the product there? Hmm, suspicious. Also it goes without saying, I have not yet received the product, it’s been over 2 weeks since I placed the order, it took them almost a week to ship it and now it’s stuck in the same spot in China for 9 days. This was a birthday present due 14 Aug, if I knew the delivery time would be long I would have ordered it a month ahead of time, not a week before. Definitely won’t be a returning customer even if the product is good, unless they start shipping from United States or Europe. I absolutely hate ordering from China for so many reasons, I felt tricked by this company.

Order no 10171375 Totally scam. Donot order from them. You will loose your money. If you order from them . You will never recieved your order. Customer service so shit. They just waste your time. Unprofessional service. I did my order but its been 2 month and still didn't recieved my order and they donot even refund your money
