I've been a Hair Club client for almost 20 years so HC is doing something right. The product has improved over the years to look more natural; however, more recently, over the last year or so, the hair falls out too much.

I WAS PROMISED IN NINE MONTHS I WOULD HAVE MY THINNING SPOTS FULL OF HAIR; NOT THE CASE AT ALL. AT MY LAST APPOINTMENT I EXPECTED A MEETING OR SOMETHING. NO MEETING, NOTHING. H C is only after your money the pretend to be your friend while you are their customer once the time of your contract is about to expire they will let you know that if you want to continue having that friendship it will be some outrageous amount of money if not they are not your friends anymore

Everyone there is extremely friendly and professional! It's a great place to go to get a hair cut and personal experience. The only thing I wish was different is if they would offer their products as single item purchases and not require the full bundle of each item.
