Do not go to the one in Bedford. EVERYTIME I go in, we’re interrupted at least two times by other employees who need stuff/ have no training. Unless you want an incredibly basic hairstyle, you will never get the hairstyle you want without having someone you know supervise them. If you try to work with them, they gaslight you. 100000% amateur hour and more like a hairdressing school where you get discounted service rather than a $500 + experience. Also, the place is falling apart. The piece of wood that connects with my back during shampooing that has been there forever is chalked full of hair and bacteria, always kinda worried that something has planted eggs in there... Avoid!!!

It’s incredibly frustrating to deal with a company that exhibits poor business practices, especially when it seems they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. From the very start, I never had any assurance from HairClub that I would receive the hair product I was promised. The consultation left me with high hopes for my hair, only to be met with disappointment. I find it hard to understand how HairClub believes they have exceeded expectations when the customer is the only one who upholds commitment by making payments for a ghost product. Despite my loyalty, I have not received a single call of concern or empathy from HairClub. This lack of communication speaks volumes about their disregard for customer care. I warned you. Stay away from HairClub for Men, LLC.

I was a Hair Club client for 17 years before COVID and for the most part it was a good experience. I joined again in the fall of 25. I received three systems which were all wrong and unwearable. The first was due to wrong measuring and it left me with 2 inch areas of baldness because the system was too small. The second one the stylist cut the system 1/2 inch shorter than my own hair leaving a distinct line of two layers of hair. The third system was so large that I couldn't even get my glasses on. The Club said they cancelled my contract and that I did not owe anymore money. Not true as I am still being billed by the Lending Club. The bank says that HC is responsible to pay off the balance of the load but so far that isn't happening. I still owe about $3,000. Awful company that does not care about honesty. STAY AWAY.

I don’t recommend this business—they were not upfront or honest in my experience. I signed up for the 12-month program at HairClub Denver in 2025, and my experience was very disappointing. During the consultation, I was not told that Minoxidil requires lifelong use to maintain results. This is critical information that should have been disclosed upfront before signing a contract. Within a few months, I was asked to switch to a different Hair Restoration program because they were discontinuing the one they made me commit to and this new option came with higher payments. I also developed rapid heartbeat after starting treatment. My doctor advised me to stop immediately, and I have documentation confirming this. When I tried to cancel and asked for refund, HairClub offered a very small refund—but only if I signed a Release Agreement that would waive my legal rights, prevent me from leaving negative reviews, and keep everything confidential. I refused and instead asked them to close my account with no refund.

I am trying to resolve disputes with Maria Burden (702) 551-4495 and Diane, who gave me false advertising and scammed me out of a significant amount of money. I am filing a complaint as well with the consumer court, BBB and my bank. This place doesn't do any services just scams and false advertising, just see the other reviews. WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE ever driven by scammy sales people who know nothing about hair or professionalism.

HairClub in Burlington truly feels like home. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warmth and kindness. The entire staff goes above and beyond to make you feel supported, understood, and cared for. It’s more than just hair—it’s about confidence, comfort, and connection. You won’t find a more compassionate team than the one in Burlington. They’re simply the best!

I had a very disappointing experience with HairClub. On January 22, 2026, I attended what turned into a very long sales presentation that lasted over five hours. During this appointment I was encouraged to sign a treatment agreement totaling $4,452. During that visit I was asked to provide a simple cheek swab for what they described as a DNA test. There was no medical consultation, no treatment provided, and no products delivered at that time. My first actual treatment appointment had not even taken place yet. On February 18, before any treatment services began, I requested cancellation of the program. Despite this request, a charge of $247.34 was processed on February 22 while my cancellation request was still pending. After several complaints, the company refunded most of the contract but continues to insist on charging $477 for what was essentially a simple cheek swab and an automated online report. The entire treatment process was also described in a way that made it seem like there would be in-person care, but later I was told most of the process would be handled virtually and that I would only need to visit the location to pick up shampoo. I have filed complaints with the Maryland Office of the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau because I believe this charge is disproportionate to the minimal service provided. I hope the company will reconsider and resolve this matter fairly.
