Do not buy a warranty from this company. They will do everything they can to deny your claim, regardless of the contract. They refuse to speak to you directly, despite being the policyholder. It makes any interaction far more difficult than necessary as they will only communicate with the repair center. Further, they ignore statements from service providers to support the basis of the repair and continue to deny in opposition to the contract Save your money to spend on your repair rather than giving them a dime.

Worse experience ever and I am in my 60's and had dozens of cars in my life, DO NOT BUY FROM CARITE COCOA BEACH and DO NOT BUY GWC WARRANTY. The SUV I bought broke down (engine) less than 24hrs after I left there, Engine blew (Truck at Ford dealer). I was hundreds of miles away, stuck on the side of the highway. They gave me a useless warranty from another useless company (GWC) 30 days/3,000 miles. GWC will find any ways not to pay you, horrible company. Imagine your engine blew less than 24 hours from you having your 2019 SUV you just bought for $24,000 and nobody wants to take responsability. I bougth it on August 8, 2025 and on August 9, 2025 The SUV was done. Now 5 weeks later, they both don't want to spend a penny to fix the car.

Did not warranty any of the electical problems I recently had with truck and this was the sole purpose of purchasing insurance to start with ; since the vehicle has so much electical functions on it ; also never received any thing on towing fee.

Horrible! Did not compensate me for the cost about half of it. Nowhere close to paid out the going rate for California auto mechanics. It was a nightmare to get them to take the claim I wasted thousands on this, on a car with 28k miles used it maybe for 1/8th of what I paid! Worst idea ever don't do It not worth it at all especially fir lower miles cars That run great

My car has been in and out of the shop for the last two months. It’s still giving me problems the warranty that I paid for don’t cover enough of the cost. The mechanics aren’t trustworthy. The whole thing is a money grab
