I should have not bought this warranty !!!! It seems like a good idea to help extend the condition of your automobile and costs. It doesn’t work like that. The adjuster that is contacted from dealer or local repair look for ways not to cover parts ,cost and service with erroneous is excuses. Zero value yes

They wont cover the entire costs, if my dealership charges for instance, 175 per hour, gwc will only pay 125 per hour, if my msrp dealership parts price is 1250, gwc will only pay 750

Pretty much denied every bit of repairs but 1 part which was 10% of the cost basically. Rip off

Both of my claims were approved quickly and without any issues. Having a GWC warranty gives me peace of mind.

I was worried that a 3rd party warranty would be more trouble than it was worth, but GWC came through when I needed and, if there’s a next time (hopefully not), I won’t be as worried about it.

I’ve had one of the worst experiences imaginable with GWC Warranty. They consistently try to weave and dodge their way out of approved repairs — using vague language and loopholes to avoid covering parts and labor that should clearly be included. They blur the line between “like kind and quality” parts and cheap aftermarket or used parts, sourcing components from unknown third-party sites and individuals that have no verifiable reputation or legitimacy. When you question them, representatives become defensive and rude, doing everything possible to delay or deny your claim until you either give up or pay out of pocket. They’ll make you wait weeks for parts, then suddenly “re-review” or “re-assess” your claim mid-process, conveniently pushing costs back on you. It feels like a system built to wear you down, not to help. Every time something goes wrong, they hide behind corporate language while the real people — their customers — lose money, time, and peace of mind. At the end of the day, the managers protect themselves, the agents act as shields, and the company profits off your stress. Nothing is what it seems with GWC Warranty. If you’re thinking about buying one of their plans: don’t. Save your money or go through your dealership directly.

I didn't deal directly, but the dealership dealt and I was happy with the speed of decision and the coverage

When I bought my used truck back in 2016 it was the most expensive vehicle I had purchased ever. We added an extended warranty from GWC at the time of purchase and continue to keep it active to this day. I have put 80,000 miles on that truck and have used the warranty on the engine and transmission and other bits and bobs with great success. I won’t be without it.
