Claim was denied first time due to …
Claim was denied first time due to Cadillac service calling in wrong part. Would have been nice if they were corrected and I didn’t have to go to another dealer when the issue was right in the warranty booklet. I was also told from customer service that it was not covered??

GWC warranty is the best
GWC warranty is the best. I had to use them a couple of times. They approved services needed for our vehicle. The places I used had positive things to say about GWC. They were easy to use. Depending on cost, I might renew.

We had two issues with the vehicle when…
We had two issues with the vehicle when we brought it in for repairs. The air conditioner wasn't working and the passenger seat sensor wasn't working. The a/c you covered, thank you. The seat sensor, an actual safety concern, was not.

Beware may not fully cover labor charges on covered repairs
Be up front and tell customers you will only cover a certain hourly labor charge it is not stated anywhere in the paperwork a maximum amount you cover per hour for labor. So you can basically make up any amount you want to cover.

My car broke down on my way home from…
My car broke down on my way home from work. Contacted GWC. Tow truck was sent. My car was dropped off at dealership. It was repaired the next day. I was only responsible for $100. The plan works exactly as I was told and I do not need to worry about unexpected repairs
