We started out at the Jaguar dealership for the repair, however, we were informed that the warranty would only cover a small portion of the work. We then had the vehicle towed to a European car garage. When they submitted a claim to GWC, the warranty was able to cover a bit more. Unfortunately, we had to pay the remaining balance. We do appreciate the part that was covered. We've used GWC in the past (on a different vehicle) where everything was covered. So overall GWC will come through. Thanks!

This may have been a simple oil change but, Park Chevrolet rolls out the red carpet for all service appointments. By far, the best auto service appointment I've ever experienced. I pass numerous Chevy Dealerships on the way to Park Chevrolet. Based on my buying and service experience with Park Chevrolet, I will continue to pass on closer locations.

Seamless experience. I didn’t have to deal with any hassles. The only complaint I had was I was under the impression that tax was included but I had to pay that. Still worth it!

The people seem to be impossible to get a hold of for issues. They fight the issue and try to find reasons not to cover them when they finally do the job is rushed because families have already been without a car for 6 plus months and the issue happens again plus you pay for all the other stuff. Hundreds of dollars. I've lost my car, lost my job and got evicted due to waiting on transportation. And no I don't have money for a bus pass and I know certain programs help if you qualify and it's not ideal with a autistic 5 year old and a 14 year old who randomly started having undiagnosed seizures and not having ANY family or friends just out here on my own and I'm all the kids have. It would be helpful if I had my car to attend appointments. With all this stress I have started having small heart attacks and small strokes. It's impossible because even if they covered the issue I have no job to even pick up the payments if it was fixed. Literally screwed me every direction. Soon homeless who knows if I'll be able to even keep my kids at this point.
