I have been ordering and using Gunnar Optiks glasses for going on 15 years now. I ordered my first pair back in about 2010, when you had to scan and send in your prescription via email, after placing your order. I will continue to order from your company. You have a superior product, and as someone who works in IT, your product is very helpful in preventing eye strain headaches.

I placed the order on Dec 12th, but just shipping on Jan 17th. Repeated communication with support was beyond terrible. I am still waiting on information to complete the VSP form. Worse, there is no phone number to actually talk to anyone to resole my issues. The only thing that was done quickly was to charge my credit card. I may contact the Better Business Bureau.

I accidentally set my order for my old address, but after an email, Gunnar got that fixed right up. I've been using these glasses for years now. I have one pair for work, and one for gaming (they fit better with a headset on) and these are a replacement for my old razer fps sunglasses. Always a great experience and amazing products

I wanted to think this was a large company with great products and ustomer service. But is more like a basement company with no customer service and the way they make glasses is horrible. In my country I've had glasses for decades and i always see PERFECT in 100% the area of my glasses, but these noobs make their glasses in such a way that you only see clearly in 50-60% of the frame, right at the center. But don't you dare turn your eyes because they will see blurry and start to hurt. Tried to contact them and never heard back from them. Basically a cash grab at this point.

We may need to get them reviewed from your eye doctor in order to proceed as they may provide an alternative prescription. Absolutely love the glasses. Had trouble with the online PD measurement tool so I went to my doctor to get mine. It delayed the process but the result is perfect.
