I'm absolutely in love with my prescription glasses. I got the darkest blue light blocking shades for night time use before bed. Everything is crystal clear, frames are light-weight, and they're very stylish. I used to use the clip-on ones, but nothing compares to this! Definitely worth the investment and the wait. However, the only reason why I'm rating four stars is the lack of communication between the initial order and delivery. Standard construction time is 2-3 weeks, but minor automatic updates that your glasses are moving through the system would be really helpful. I actually forgot that I bought them until I saw that were finally out for delivery.

It has taken over a month for my order to ship and then the glasses were not expedited, they were shipped UPS ground, adding another week to the process. Gunnar should have overnighted my glasses to make up for the delays in processing. Additionally, I only learned of the delays because after several emails to support@gunnar….poor communication.

After multiple attempts to wear the blue light glasses they gave me a headache. I tried as I assumed my eyes just needed to adjust but they just didn’t work out.

I am a long time client that bought many glasses from you and recomended it to many others and I am very dissapointed that Gunnar placed the pedophile simbol/colors with the LGBTQ flag on your pride glasees. I don't think sexual preference should be part of any marketing campaign but this is serious.. There is no crime greater than pedophelia and to know your company placed the traingle with the pink, light blue, brown. black colors is very dissapointing. I can not support a cmpany that does something like this.

Company was fairly difficult to get into contact with. Only option was seemingly via Email as there was no number on the “contact us” page. Responses to emails took multiple business days and the order tracking feature said order was unfulfilled which had me questioning if the glasses were even being made. I had to re-upload my PD which delayed the order further, even though I used the PD tool after I placed my order. It took 3 weeks from the time I ordered until the time the glasses shipped, but I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt since this was ordered right around holidays. Swifter communication and more clarity in regards to order status's would go a long way :)

I'm currently waiting for my prescription glasses but found out my PD may have not been entered correctly. I had no idea between single PD vs dual PD so I assumed single PD was for each eye with the same value (vs dual for for two different values in eyes). Now I'm worried my new glasses will come with an incorrect PD and I won't be able to use them. I also submitted my PD using the tool at check out but I'm not sure how they were made since there's no info or status updates to confirm. No one reached out either to confirm so I'm in the dark until the glasses come in. I wish there were more checks, confirmations, updates during the making process to correct these issues before it's too late. Update: Got a response from Gunnar assuring me that I have options to correct this through their warranty if there's any issues.
