Cleaning them does not help - plus they were delivered with finger prints all over them. The frame is heavy and hard. *I do not want to exchange them. Gunnar finally emailed back, but then it was a run around to get a fedex return label - Minus $15. There is no reason to make a simple return and communication that hard. Time will tell if I have to get involved again to get my money back after receipt of the return.

I ordered a pair of glasses in April, and it's now June and they've completely fallen apart. At £163 , i am very disappointed in the quality. They feel very frail and cheap, similar to £5 glasses from Tesco. Sadly I was forced to pay an additional 100 pounds for the import fee even tho I ordered from the UK site, this hidden charge was appalling.

Negligent shipping and holding my €300 refund hostage. I placed a €300 order a while ago, and it never arrived. It turns out this company lacks the mandatory permits required to ship prescription eyewear to private individuals. Despite claiming they "had no idea" about this basic regulation, they negligently shipped the package anyway. ​To make matters worse, their customer service is terrible. Even though the package was rejected entirely due to their own legal ignorance and logistical error, they still haven't given me a refund. €300 is a lot of money, and they are keeping it due to their own incompetence. They were supposed to answer me yesterday, but I have heard absolutely nothing. ​Do not trust this company. Terrible service, zero accountability, and they will keep your money! Avoid at all costs.

A co-worker recommended these glasses for extended computer use, i tried his Humboldt style glasses out and liked them, so i ordered a pair but with darker lens. When the glasses came in i noticed a big crack/seam on the sides where the arm meets the lens frame. Reached out to customer support and they replaced them. Second set came in and had the same issue. Which my co workers set doesn't show. The quality of these glasses isnt the best considering the price. Now all I can do is return them and have to pay for shipping back. I wont be ordering any more glasses from gunnar

I bought these sunglasses as a gift, only to find they were too small — and they only come in one size. I reached out to customer support hoping for a simple resolution, like a store credit or one-time exchange, but they refused outright, hiding behind a rigid 30-day return policy. For a $100 purchase, I expected better. The product may be fine, but their unwillingness to make any reasonable accommodation shows a troubling lack of flexibility and concern for customers. Dealing with this level of stubbornness was frustrating and disappointing.

Was trying for weeks to figure out what was happening with my shipping and then got an email saying the order was cancelled and refund issued but i gotta pay a fee??? Never received my order but I can’t get a full refund and takes a week to get an email
