No level of communication
My issue is that there’s no level of communication unless I reach out for communication. I ordered glasses for my son at the very beginning of March and I’ve been told by Support it would take two weeks, then 2 to 3 weeks and now finally 2 to 4 weeks. they have finally been shipped, but that’s a long time for glasses when I can go to a store and get them same day as optometrist have their labs.

Hi Chuck, Thanks for reaching out, happy to clarify as much as possible. We do advertise our glasses with a 2-3 week manufacturing period because of our unique tinting method, which is proprietary to GUNNAR and is required for the amount of blue light protection we provide. As stated in the follow up email, we did have a frame breakage at our lab, which is (while rare) something that can happen during production. I know you are eager to get our product in your hands, and we do appreciate your patience, but we also want to ensure we provide you with the highest quality product we can provide. Fiche de soins non reçu depuis octobre 2023
J'écris cet avis pour avertir les personnes qui souhaitent prendre des lunette avec correction sur gunnar. Cela fait depuis octobre que je me bat avec le service pour qu'il me renvoies la fiche de soin. Par téléphone il me disent " je vais voir avec le directeur" et vous attendez 1 semaine, 2 semaine. Vous réitérer l'appel " je comprend monsieur on est navré on fait au mieux, je vais en informer le directeur" Vous patienter encore et encore . Cela fait depuis octobre 2023 que je me bat pour recevoir ma fiche de soins et toujours rien même pas d'appel téléphonique aucun suivis et aucun professionnalisme. Thibault lui faisait le travail mais les personne actuelle ne foute rien ! C'est catastrophique Priori serait les boutique officielle !

Best Computer lense experience I've had
The blue blockers for computer use are the best experience with computer lenses I've had. Also the styles are worth it too. Got the limited edition Stark Industries glasses as a gift and it was well received.
