Good Product, Bad Communication
The prices and quality of the glasses were good. I got just what I ordered and the prescription was good. What I didn't enjoy, however, was the lack of communication. It took 4 weeks to receive my product, and reached out several times for updates with no response. When I finally did get an email back, I was told I would get an email with tracking info but didn't get anything until my glasses showed up at my door. If this is fixed I would highly recommend people to shop here.

Hi Carl, Thanks for leaving us a review. I actually responded to each email that you sent, but never received a response on any of them. It appears that it is possible your email was flagging my responses as Spam, as we always respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours (although we strive for 24 hours) on business days. Unfortunately the email filtering might have been both out of yours and my ability to control, but I did want to let you know. Best wishes, Terry
