Gundamit.comReviews of gundamit.com

They have a wide selection of figures and their customer service is excellent, I highly recommend them if you’re trying to add something exciting to your collection!

Have been buying model kits from there near a year now. Very trustworthy and considerate especially at their packaging standards. They have an enormous catalog of ready to deliver items and everything new pops up really quick in their site. I'm liking the service so much I think I'm hooked :)

I'm a chogokin collector since 2006 and in the past few years most of my purchases have taken place on ShowZStore.com and GundamIt.com. They have lots of products at really competitive prices and I've always found it so good that I've even made a premium account and I must say that I've also saved a lot of money. So far everything has always been fine except for the last shipment where the package was lost. Luckily the support from Gundamit was great and they sent me a new product again at no extra charge. And the second time everything was fine and I can now proudly display my new Mazinkaiser. So I can only say thanks to Gundamit and recommend it to all robot enthusiasts like me who want to get quality products at the right price.

As a model kit collector and builder, Gundamit is an amazing place to shop. The prices are arguably unbeatable, not to mention that they offer free shipping. Buying overseas products usually comes with the caveat of high shipping fees, but here not only is it free but also fast (on average about a week and a half of delivery time since shipping.) Furthermore, the customer service is amazing! I asked about kits that were listed as sold out and they very kindly offered to go straight to the manufacturer for more stock. They also have a discord server where the community and staff themselves can help you out with whatever inquiries you may have. Overall an extremely pleasant experience, if you are a fan of model kits I highly recommend them, try it out!

you definitely won't regret buying at Gundamit. I have bought a lot of toys here, all are well packed, delivery time is also quite fast, the price is also cheaper than ebay, aliexpress or many other websites, I don't know the shipping to the country what about other countries, but in the US you get free shipping and no taxes, the customer service is excellent, they are very polite and friendly. Recently placed 5 orders and am waiting for it to arrive ^^. Thanks for reading

Great place to shop for modeling kits and others. For the past year, Gundamit has been my goto online store for purchasing custom gunpla resin kits and other action figures like, Ultraman. They carry a large variety of figures as well. I will break it down based on my experience with the company and the staffs. Communication: This is a China based company and the time difference contributes a slight delay if you want to submit a question. On top of that, daily tasks for the staff members may also delay their response time. I was first a bit disappointed with the response time but I have come to terms with the company supporting a large amount of users as well as the time difference. They usually respond within 48 to 72 hours which is acceptable to me. If you expect them to respond within 24 hours, you should set a different expectation. Customer Service: Throughout the year, I have purchased over 30+ figures from them, ranging from threezero ultraman figures to most of the custom gunpla resin kits. I seldom have run into issues but a few times that I did, the staff did work with me and the resin kit manufacture to get my replacement part replenished. So far I have been extremely pleased with their customer service. Delivery Time: Delivery fee is definitely bargain because oversea shipping costs dearly especially between China and US. Their shipping cost is extremely cheap with every package protected by a corner protection. All products have arrived safely and the delivery time is within 2-3 weeks as advertised. I definitely recommend Gundamit to anyone who is skeptical about it. Also get their membership because those gas points do help if you are a big fan of action figure collection.

They have very good customer service and follow up on packages. It has a wide range of hard to find gunpla and 3rd party kits. Praise worthy competitive prices, fast shipping and excellent customer service. All but positive experiences with Gundammit!
