You can trust Gundamit, they will never let you down. I've been dealing with them for the past 10 years, buying around 1k of action figures per month every month and I they never failed me in any way. My first expirience was with Show.Z (around 2016) and later on, as soon as they started, with Gundamit (around 2021). The costumer service is amazing, whenever you have a doubt you send them a message and it will get an answer in 24h without fail. Their representatives are knowledgeable, will treat you with the outmost respect and make you feel like a valued costumer. Every action figure and model kit collector knows some times things break or have small defects, the after sales department will take it's time but never fails to address your issue (I got all my broken or missing parts replaced every single time). When there's a bonus missing Gundamit will, by themselves and most often than not, realize there's a bonus piece missing and ship it to you asap. Their Asian 3rdparty action figure/model kit catalog is near to perfect and when they don't have what you want they will try to get it. If you're an European collector as myself, after everything is included and accounted for (shipping and import taxes) Gundamit has the best prices every time. Even though sometimes they may end up having to delay your shipment for a couple of weeks, the shipping service is very cheap and absolutely premium (nothing ever stops at the customs house and my country's customs house is horrible) and the order will always get to you in perfect shape (no damage what so ever) no matter what. Their point system is fair and totality useful, I've saved around 25k in my 10 years relationship with both Gundamit and Show.Z. At this point in time I feel like Gundamit and everyone working there are my friends and that is how they treat me... as a fellow collector and a friend. It's a community and not just an online shop.

I have used GUNDAMIT Store multiple times, and their customer support is truly top-notch. During a recent order, they noticed a slight difference between my website shipping address and my PayPal address, and they proactively emailed me before dispatch to confirm which one to use. Shipping errors due to address discrepancies can be a real headache with international shopping, but their thorough double-checking gave me complete peace of mind. Their response after my reply was also super fast! They have a great product selection, safe handling, and wonderful customer service. I will definitely keep shopping at GUNDAMIT!

I've used this website a lot to order various model kits. In the rare times I do need to contact customer service, it's been quick and professional. This last time was for a pre-order that hadn't had updates in 7 months after they asked for full payment. Was able to get it refunded quickly enough and without issues. Generally, the ordering process for in-stock and pre-orders go quickly and without issue. Plenty of alerts and communications to track your packages and all my orders have been packed well and protected for shipping. The only hiccups I've had, have been from the manufactures and not them.

I have been doing business with Gundamit & their sister site ShowZ for 5 years, and in that time I have found their customer service support to be among the best. While tickets or questions can take a day or so to receive a response they are always answered by an actual person - not a chatbot - and the resolution is always fair. Recently, I had the difference between an order I placed and a lower sale price automatically credited to my account without having to request it (unlike some stores). I have never had an issue with this company that was not resolved quickly, amicably, and fairly. Outside of that, Gundamit is my preferred place to purchase model kits because of their combination of price, shipping cost, and ability to actually fulfill all of their preorders: if you pay for something you are going to receive it. Gundamit is where I suggest my friends shop from, and it has yet to disappoint anyone.

Ordering from China from a company you haven't previously done business with can sometimes be a dicey affair. But I am happy to say that Gundamit came through with absolutely zero issues. The shipping time was reasonable (about 3 weeks altogether) and the figure was carefully packaged. It arrived in perfect condition. I would not hesitate to purchase from them again.

The wide availability of stock options is amazing. I cannot thank them enough for the amazing way they package up every item. It is fully wrapped in bubble wrap and then in a very sturdy box, its so reassuring when sending so much on items. They delivery options are really great as well. The prices are really competitive as well. If you need to contact them they get back very quickly and seem to do everything possible to help Overall i would happily recommend them to anyone

It was an exceptional experience! Kit price and shipping were outstanding. Shipping was quick and the box was not only wrapped well, but had corner protectors taped inside the initial packing box to ensure the box was not crumpled during transit. It was also well marked as to fragility. The kit itself was well protected. I cannot begin to express how impressed I was. Highly recommended.
