Gundamit.comReviews of gundamit.com

Gundammit.com is highly regarded in my opinion for its wide selection of hard-to-find gunpla, 3rd party kits, and accessories. I cannot praise the website enough for its competitive prices, fast shipping, and excellent customer service. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Gundammit.com, finding rare items and receiving them in a timely manner. The website's commitment to high-quality products and their attentive customer support has contributed to their reputation as a reliable source for Gundam-related merchandise. If you are a fan of gunpla and are looking for a reliable online store, Gundammit.com may be worth considering.

I’m a UK buyer of Transformers and Joy Toy Warhammer 40K 1:18 action figures and most of my purchases are via Gundamit and their sister site, ShowZ. The latter is more TF focused and the former is tailored to actions figures. I have purchased to date over the last few years in excess of 100 items from Gundamit/ ShowZ. They are very competitive on price for the products and when it comes to shipping. They know how to protect customer orders and package them up in a way where the contents are very well protected via reinforced boxes, use of plastic box corners and waterproof covering. Of the figures I have received only two JoyToy Warhammer 40k figures required a replacement component. The aftersales communication system is very slick and Gundamit/ShowZ are quick to reply. They have presence in other social media as well should you use them. Gundamit and ShowZ are my go to companies for Masterpiece, 3rd Party Masterpiece transformers and JoyToy Warhammer 40K. I have a number of friends who buy other collective toy lines via them for the same reasons. Buy with confidence from Gundamit/ShowZ.

Best discovered place to buy some good collection. Gundams and vast collectible items and on point costumer service

After getting a damaged item, I contacted them and they sent out a new one to me completely free of charge. Customer service is excellent and professional, their selection is great, and the prices can't be beat. Gundamit rocks.

I buy a lot of collectible stuff I was missing 3 special items I was unable to buy anywhere but with the help of this super store I have everything that was unattainable on the market I recommend a very trusted store buyer from UK

A legit online store! Since this is my first time ordering gunpla related stuff, I was hesitant to order, but since there are good reviews on the store, I've decided to try. Lo and behold, I wasn't disappointed with my first purchase. Surely would try to purchase again soon!

Gundamit has a fairly good customer service to handle some unexpected shipping issue. Overall, Gundamit is a my go-to place to find kits with reasonable price.

2 Orders in with Gundamit.com, first order was for a Infinite Dimension 1/100 Genesis, received fast, well packaged box. Second order was with even better customer service, I contacted them for a special order in which they were able to accomodate for me, received safely and very well packaged! This is a trusted and recommended company, will definitely order from them again! Thank you Gundamit.com.
