I never ever heard about GUMROAD! I don't even have an account. But somehow I started to get messages from my bank that I am purchasing some goods from GUMROAD.CO with an amount of 38$. I immediately blocked my card and bank account, but while I was doing that they made the second transaction with the same amount. Then they tried to steal a higher amount from my card 89$. They tried to do It twice, but unsuccessful because I blocked it. If I didn't have paid attention to the bank messages they would steal all my money!!!! Still don't understand how they did that... I start finding info about this Gumroad and I didn't expect that a lot of people had a bad/sad/mad experience with this site! It is actually a platform made by some indian guy. To be honest It's a nice idea to make such platform between digital developers/sellers and consumers/buyers. But sadly this indian guy and his friends have chosen the wrong way!!!! What to do in these cases?! How to make this site be blocked or whatever!!? Or on internet it's useless?! How many people will be tricked in future.... They payback to some clients just to make a platform working imitation just in any case!! DONT TRUST GUMROAD! THEY ARE SCAMMERS 100%

The ebook I bought through gumroad was delivered quickly enough. The next day however I receive a message from my bank they blocked my credit card because of suspicious transactions. Indeed some purchases had been done that I did not authorise. Either gumroad uses client data for their own gain or their security is not in order

Ordered my book over 3 months ago and still not received. Update (11-12-21): I just received a response from my review to say I may request a refund. However, after numerous emails, someone actually responded and sent my books. I received them just short of 7 months after I ordered. I've seen several videos with the author of the book I ordered, signing many pages on copies that were to be sent out. Did I receive a copy with one signature, anywhere? No. So, here is my updated review. Sour perhaps, but it stands. I may have temporarily been reminded. Once I delete the email I was sent to edit my review I'll be over it. Being happy is the ticket out of this realm. Cheers~

Super good experience here. Been selling over 1000$ in product a week and they pay promptly

Unfortunatelly a very strange situation happened with my service on this platform. They have been suspended my service because their algorithm detected some inconsistencies in the payment system among others. They probably don’t know what was the true reason, just said alghoritm detected without any research. I wrote XXX e-mails byt they didn’t help me. My product was 100% legal. I am unpleasantly surprised and shocked !! And they just send my money back to my clients without warning me before about the situation!!!!! They just even don’t send me an e-mail that they suspend me forever! I don’t know what is going on! It is so pity that it happened to me, because probably their system made mistake or someone makes mistake include myself into this!!!! This is realy weird and not fair. I worked on my brush package for a very long time, step by step, brushes are made only by me!! And I can’t do anything with it on this platform because they don’t want to help me.

There were some problems with my payout at the beginning, but after contacting the support team everything has worked smoothly. I receive my payouts every Friday and I am very happy about it:)
