I bought an app, but it turned out I need to buy another product to make it work, then I decided not to use that app. I asked for a refund, but nothing but an automatic message was sent, it said that it can be returned. 24 hours later I got a response that I can't get a refund. I mean I never use this app, So how is that possible? I never get anything from Gumroad and Support Board again!

Commissioni basse, pagamenti organizzati e tutto sotto controllo e un'ottima gestione della clientela. Cosa importante hanno anche la possibilità di gestire un programma affiliazione tutto in automatico.

Actually it should be zero stars. So I am now waiting more than 3 weeks to get my account verified. Initially they said 2 - 3 weeks and $10.00 sales. Now they dispute and say it is 3 - 4 weeks and I only have $9.98 sales. I have $10.98. So while they do not review and approve my account, PayPal won't pay out. Effectively I lost $10.98. It could have given this money to the homeless... What a waste. This is a poor business relationship. I will take my product somewhere else.

First they take outrageous commissions and their payment security is very bad. They allow people to pay with stolen cards and then block accounts of sellers.. stay away from them. Waste of time.

We have been selling on here for 2 years now, My team, (Business) has now opened a new shop. We used gumroad because of there 7 day payout. We ship every week, For security of our customers and Our team, we don’t want to accept any money until orders have been shipped off. Today is thursday and we have YET to see a payout when they go into transit at 9pm And hits your account 12am (Friday). WE CANNOT SHIP ANYTHING OUT BECAUSE GUMROAD ADDED ANOTHER WEEK for no reason nor warning. we have verified our company etc. Customers pays shipping, and we cannot ship anything out because you guys are holding funds FOR ANOTHER WEEK we don’t want our customers angry !!!!! customers we’re notified through tons of emails that orders ships friday! We don’t want any chargebacks ! WE NEED OUR PAYOUT! HELP PLEASE.

My initial impressions of Gumroad's design, API integrations, and usability were favorable. However, ever since my store started making more money, I've been receiving phony sales. Your money will be returned to buyers by Gumroad without your consent. Customers take advantage of this loophole and purchase numerous items from your store, complaining to Gumroad later on for prompt refunds. Although Gumroad is aware of this, they are doing nothing about it. I am moving to a better alternative.

Be careful and avoid selling on this platform, after a specific period they will steal your money and send the money back to the buyers without no reason. And it looks like several sellers had the same terrible experience of mine.

I had 3 products registered on Gumroad. Just when I succeeded in my first 2 sells, they suspended my account without any prior warning or explanation! When I contacted their support, they didn't even bother to explain what did I do to be suspended, they just said "Our risk models detected behaviors in your Gumroad account that are considered fraudulent by our banking partners' standards.". No explanations, no concrete facts, absolutely nothing to substantiate such a bold statement. Unbelievable! Of course, they didn't give me my money neither. Gumroad is either a scam company or totally unprofessional! I would not recommend anybody to work with them! They are stealing your money!
