Avoid them. They have a bad service. I registered to the site uploaded some picture to sell it. A few days later I did a sell and after that i noticed my account was suspended. According to them my account is a risk to them :) Unbelievable. Avoid them . There are other great platforms . I give 1 star for them .

I submitted photos from two different cameras to get the actuations and it gave the same answer for both! Then came onto Trustpilot and found all this info... Fortunately I have no financial transactions with them.

they are scammers scammers scammers they refund and stole my sales and the reason was stolen card or what the hack is that , and i didnt sell anything on it for long time because i just want take my balance back from my account and now they suspend my account and i cant log in omg what the hack is this website and why they can scam the people like that ? gumroad scam team if you are reading this mail you must contact me asap and my money i want it all

I create an account, I'm still in the process of connecting my PayPal to Gumroad, they send me an email the next day that my account has been suspended; although I've shared all my personal information and spent a noticable amount editing my profile and writing an attractive intro about myself. What a waste of time, I really encourage you guys to not put in the energy or time, expect a disappointment!! Ah, let's not forget the customer support who answers you more than one day later!

The website is super confusing it says: add the product to the cart. But there is no cart I can access. I can not purchase any product anymore. It worked a few months back, but since they switched to this ugly new web design everything went to hell. I would say their user interface is the worst I have ever seen.

As soon as I purchased one of the products, they stolen my card info and to make many purchases of £700+. I lost £750 !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Be careful from this company. They rejected to release my payout claiming that there was a charge-back (which turned to be a lie BECAUSE I knew personally one of my customers!!). They easily stool all my income and suspended my account. When I tried to contact the customer service a guy with an Asian accent replied in a rude way and I never received my payout! It's either a scam or a poorly managed business. I would never recommend any creator to host their products there. The internet is full of other alternatives. (They would also claim that this never happened. From what I see on the other comments!)

This company has NO customer service whatsoever, and the marketplacy api is constantly not working . I can't save digital artwork - for some reason THEY STOPPED MY downloading capability after 3 files were saved. This is discrimatory and outright fraud. NEVER submit any artwork to Gumroad. Don't listen to those lying youtubers out there - they are all liars.
