This is a very basic provider. You can only rebalance your current portfolio and future contributions together. It is very simple but not always desired. You have to pay a maintenance fee proportional to your balance regardless of your activity. If your roll your funds over to other institution, a paper check is mailed to you and $50 fee is charged for that.

From an employer's standpoint: Great communication, supporting documents provided quickly and are easy to understand. Questions (few they may be) are answered quickly and always friendly.
