I wish I could give 0 stars because I would. This company is a JOKE and a SCAM! They will come up with any excuse in the book to not have to do their job. Do NOT purchase a warranty from them! Save yourself the headache!

Bought a warranty with this company through Bassett furniture , this warranty company has the worst customer service and you wait for someone to answer and on hold forever and the phone hangs up, what in the hell is going on I submitted a claim 2 months ago and have not heard firm anyone , I have called several times and no help or solutions to solve what I paid for, I do not recommend this company at all!! Worst company ever!!

Do not buy a Guardsman warranty at all costs, they make no effort to abide by their promises in their warranties.Claims will be denied for bogus reasons, with no contact by the company. An automated email is all you get with no real context. If it is too expensive for their plan, they will deny, regardless of the real context or coverage. All they do is take your money and tell you to.pound sand.What happened to Service!

I have given one star as I didn't have an option to give -5*s. My first claim after almost 5 years, despite visiting twice and promised to come again and clean it, they didn't even attempt to clean a single stain. During the two visits the technician only spent couple of minutes, always in a hurry to escape - shocking service, will never ever pay even a penny for this lot.

I wish I could give it negative stars!!! They do not honor their protection plans. Filed 2 claims and they refused to honor them. They are extremely rude. Please do not waste your money!!!

WASTE OF MONEY. After more than 4 years insurance I made my first claim to repair pets scratch which is supposedly covered by the policy. The man said they will check if the material is available and if not they will discuss the alternatives. One week later they emailed me that my claim is rejected. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and every available ombudsman.

Had a problem with my leather sofa which I thought I would have to buy again. Setting up the claim was problematic, had to resend my forms so set up a signed on delivery second time- result. Had a call from a guardsman technician asking if he could drop in and see the sofa. He took his time with the repair and as a favor treated the whole sofa with protective cream and polish. It looks brand new. Very pleased with the service, top man!

Contacted Guardsman. Sent a photo of a rust stain on my leather ottoman. Their agent came and said they couldn’t fix it, did nothing and charged us $65 for the call. I went on line and figured out how to fix it myself.
