bought something in the first week of december and was hoping it would get here for christmas as it was a gift. when it didnt arrive after 3 weeks i emailed to find out where my order was only for them to tell me the item that i bought was actually out of stock. i had recieved no emails from them prior to this to say that it was out of stock and i doubt that i would have. they offered for me to change and said they would give me a lousy 5 dollars off the new thing that i bought. i didnt want to deal with this company any more so got a refund instead.

Order snow pants for a Christmas present for son. Shipping was fair. Got the pants. He opened it on Christmas. Pants way too big. Went to return and was beyond the ridiculous 15 day return policy. Was charged $25. Just a heads up. Don't buy anything for Christmas present unless you are sure about the size. 15 days is ridiculous

Trying very very hard to get an exchange as the jacket and trousers are too big but getting nowhere. looked for a phone number - none. found out company supposedly based in a flat in hong kong - FLAT/RM 1405B 14/F THE BELGIAN BANK BUILDING NOS. 721-725 NATHAN ROAD MONGKOK, HK which makes me think i might have been really stupid here spending £200 to not be able to change the size and buy ski kit for my daughter package arrived in a tight ball too, defo not what you'd expect from a premium brand i do hope i will be proven wrong and can delete this review however am increasingly unsure

Customer service has been very helpful with our exchange request and the quality of the snow pants we ordered, while a little too big, were excellent and we look forward to receiving our new item!
