Worst customer service with a terrible return policy.

Wonderful customer service and luckily a return warehouse has just been opened in the UK so not having the expense of returning to the US is a bonus. Lucy helped me create an exchange in super-quick time and has been very professional and friendly in her approach.

This one-piece suit was perfect for my first time skiing. The stitching feels super durable and the hood fits nicely over helmet, which was huge plus for me.

The jacket keeps me warm, so I'm keeping it, but the blue is a lot darker than it looked in the pictures.

My phone barely fits because the pockets are too shallow. Otherwise, the jacket is okay.
