It was exactly what my grandson wanted and he's thrilled

Snowpants looked great! They are my 14 yr old son's who says they are 'steeze'. (translation; style!). They kept the freezing rain at bay and were great wind protection. They aren't super warm, so layers underneath were needed but will be perfect for winter and spring snowboarding. Fit as described on the website is true to size and delivery was a success post black Friday and pre Christmas so I am very happy.

Delivery was faster than expected – under two weeks to Europe. I was honestly a bit worried at first because the price was quite low. Normally you pay Double the amount for comparable trousers. But after opening the package, I was positively surprised. The quality is really good and the design looks unique, exactly what I wanted. Overall a 10/10 purchase and Im already looking for my next piece to Order .

My son received a pair of snowboarding pants as a Christmas gift from his brother the past dec 25 2025 Christmas. When he realized they were way too huge I inquired about an exchange....I was told sorry out of the 15 day return window so no exchange...was offered a $10.00 coupon to purchase a different item! Terrible return policy! Buyer beware!

The wide leg ski pants were my teenage son’s favorite Christmas gift. He is obsessed with them.

I got the product that I ordered and I like it! Give yourself a little extra time on shipping but my experience was great!

If you are from Canada - Never buy from this store. The claim hustle free returns… bullsh*t. First of all, you need to pay for your shipping because guess what - the return goes to the USA, + you need to pay import duties + they collect a fee for reshipping , + the whole process is long , they don’t provide a clear shipping address right away, you need to send an email, then 24-48h they get back to you, then you through a return/exchange process and only then you get clear instructions. I’ve ended up paying $170 to do freaking return, on a $396 item. It gets worse if you want to return it, be ready to lose $200 because in addition to shipping , duties you have to pay a 15% restocking fee. And now it’s gonna be another few weeks until I get a new ski suit. If you are in Canada - stay away from this store, unless you know exactly the sizes you need as all of their clothes is oversized. Plus it’s made in China, the quality is average, definitely not worth $400.
